Oh, Man…

As much as I would like to think 1) my good mood and 2) hope for the future and 3) desire to be active and 4) desire to get more social time in my life are all products of endorphins, etc., from working out and sticking to my program for 2 weeks — I am probably going into a manic phase.  This makes my mania/good mood dim a bit.  I wish it was real, true happiness and not chemical bullshit.
